Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Plant Incharge to oversee the operations of two manufacturing plants. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on manufacturing experience, and the ability to manage large teams while ensuring productivity, safety, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage day-to-day operations across two manufacturing units.

- Supervise and coordinate a workforce of approximately 350 labour along with a team of 10- 12 supervisors.

- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines are met consistently.

- Implement and monitor operational processes, safety practices, and compliance protocols.

- Optimize manpower allocation, resource utilization, and process efficiency.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, cost control measures, and performance enhancement.

- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, logistics, and management teams for smooth plant functioning.

- Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and update management on key metrics.

- Resolve operational challenges and ensure minimal downtime.

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in heavy industry, metals, engineering, or related sectors.

- Proven experience managing large labour teams and multiple production shifts.

- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

- Ability to handle high-volume production environments and multi-plant responsibilities.

- Knowledge of safety standards, plant compliance, and resource management.
