Plant Incharge - Manufacturing Unit - Chemical Firm (14-18 yrs)
Role :
Overall control of the operations and maintenance of the plant
- Optimsation of cost of production and continuous process improvement.
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable statutory bodies such as MPCB, Factory's Inspector, various Labour Inspector etc.
- Factory Administration comprising Excise, Factory Accounts, Stores and Despatch etc.
- Liasioning with statutory bodies
