Position: P&M Engineer
Experience: 4-7 Years
Qualification: Diploma(Mech)only
Job Location: Hyderabad / Vijayawada

- Should be Experience in : Construction of building/residential/Commercial only
Responsibilities of this role:
- Prepartation of Preventive maintenance Schedules for Vehicles and Equipment
- Preparetion of Daily, Weekly/Monthly Reports
- Inventory Management
- Preparation of Technical Comparision Statement for P & M Assets
- Maintenance Budget Preparation for P & M Assets
- Study of Engg Drawings
- Mobilize Veh/Eqpt as per Project Requirements
- Spares Planning & Procurement
- Budget preparation and Billing for the project.
- Experience in RMC Plant and Construction Vehicles/ equipment Operation and Maintenance
- Exposure in P & M Asset Maintenance in any Manufacturing Industry/Consultant/Contractor
- Planning, Monitoring and Control of Spares
- Hands on Experience on Maintenance Construction Equipment
- To Work in Planning, Mobilizing, Monitoring & Maintenance of P & M Assets .
