Plant Maintenance Role - Glass Industry (5-10 yrs)
Plant Maintenance:
- Inspecting equipment and conducting routine maintenance.
- Servicing and replacing old or faulty equipment.
- Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions.
- Removing old equipment and installing new machines.
- Proving technical support and training on new equipment.
- Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
- Maintain maintenance logs and report on daily activities
- Ensure that designated buildings, plants, and facilities are fit for purpose and to provide proactive support/solutions when required Ability to read system schematics.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills.
- Understanding of safety and equipment procedures.
- Preparation of PM schedule
- Taking care of ISO documentation
- Pro-Actively Identify and Implement improvements to operational Machine and resource efficiency.
- To Carry out system checks as required and attend to Machine breakdowns and solve any Mechanical or Electrical failure.
- Hands-on Knowledge of Glass Processing Machineries
- Preference to be given to Glass Industry Experience
