Plant Manager - Antiseptics/Disinfectants (15-20 yrs)
Job Description :
- You will be responsible for entire plant operations and maintenance,production planning and management.
- You will also be responsible for inventory and dispatch management,production output, product quality and on-time shipping.
- You will ensure thatsystems and processes track and optimize productivity and standards.You will be accountable for Technology transfer of Pilot plant level formulations & scaling upto to commercial level and smooth functioning of plant and process optimization.
Salary:INR 20,00,000 - 25,00,000 P.A.

Desired Candidate Profile
B.E/B.Tech (Chem.) or M.Sc.(Chemistry) with 15 to 20 years experience in manufacturing of disinfectants and Antiseptic solutions.Candidates with experience of handling Green field/brown field projects in the Pharma/API/formulation/ specialty chemicals will be preferred.
- You should be aware of CGMP, WHO-GMP, FDA, and QMS requirements.
- You should have exposure to regulatory approvals like ISO 9001:2008/2015, ISO13485:2012, CE Mark, 510K, and WHO- Facility & Product prequalification process.You should have knowledge of strategic sourcing of raw materials like Ethanol, IPA, Propanol, Chlorhexidine gluconate, Glutaraldehyde etc.
