Plant Manager - Food Processing (10-12 yrs)
Opportunity with world's leading professionally managed food processing co - India's largest food processing organization.
Role Summary:
- The Incumbent will play a critical role in driving cost targets for the plant.
- Leads the Factory Team, inclusive of managing performance, coaching, mentoring, hiring and career development.
- Manage the factory's Financial KPIs effectively, through accurate forecasting and sales tracking.
- Prioritizes tasks effectively and in accordance with corporate objectives.
- Optimizing the OE & Capacity Utilization of the Plant.
Position Requirements:
- B.E. (Mech) with at least 10 Years of experience in FMCG industry.
- Should definitely have experience in asset care management & production management.
- Should have had experience of at least 6-8 years in team management - handling a large team.
- Sound knowledge of GMPs & TPM processes
