Plant Manager - Manufacturing (8-10 yrs)
- Experience in Operations activities, Production Planning & Control, Process Improvement, Vendor Development, Projects, Man Management and Customer service Maintenance of machines, Utility equipment, Conveyors, Building maintenance, Capital Equipment selection Procurements, Steaming, Energy Conversation
- Experience in Production planning and execution, time study, cycle time reduction, process improvements and inventory control
- Rich Knowledge & Experience in Maintenance of Corrugation Machines, Rubber Recycling, Shape moulding machines, Press shop, Conveyor systems, ETP, Forklifts, Material handling equipments, Fire Fighting systems, Moulding machines, Boilers, Diesel Generators, Compressors, Cooling towers, Pumps, Steam piping, PEB building and projects
- Experience in Capital equipment selection & procurement, erection and commissioning, layout design, project budgeting, fund flow requirements
- Proficiency in Tool Maintenance and Mould Maintenance especially in EPS Molds
- Experience in Quality Assurance, Control Plan, PPAP, FMEA, SQC
