Job Description :
- Production Planning and control.
- Heading injection molding plant.
- Selection and procurement of new machines
- Co ordinate with R & D for development of new Washing machine Moulds.
- Tool Modification and maintenance.
- Resource Planning.
- VA/VE activities.
- PFMEA analysis.
- Implementation of 5s, KAIZEN, JIT techniques in production floor
- Coordinate with different departments for new upcoming Projects like Steam Moulding, Gas moulding, EPS plant.
- Coordinate with Purchase department for out sourcing of moulds & cost finalization
- Implementation of all modern Techniques for enhancing productivity
