Plant Operator - Beverages Manufacturing (9-15 yrs)
Qualification : ITI or Diploma in Chemical branch
Experience : 10 years- experience of running CO2 plant for beverage industry made by Indian plant
- Operations Of Co2 & Nh3 Compressors & Related Process.
- Repair Of Compressors Valves And Its Related Equipment.
- Checking Of Oil Pressure, Water Level And It is Make-Up. Cooling Tower Blow-Down & Making Up Water Level Checking Safety Points While Loading Of Co2 Tanker & Running Of Plant.
- Intimation To Turbine Operator For Starting & Closing Plant For Elect. Load.
- Shifting Of Beverages Co2 To Storage Tank From Stripper Tank Checking Of Raw Co2 Pressure & Timely Addition Of New Fermenters. Looking After Cleaning Part Of Plant & Machinery.
