Plant Production Head - Manufacturing Engineering (10-15 yrs)
Production :
Responsible for handling the entire end to end plant production process.
- Develop people and process
- Prepare annual operating budget, track and meet the targets.
- Increase productivity and yields, reduce cost s and to focus on continuous improvement of process and quality.
Maintenance : Ensuring the upkeeping /Up running of the all the machineries and equipment's with minimum down time.
Quality : Oversee the whole production to ensure optimum quality standards are met.
Complications and Audits : Ensure statutory complication under various laws,ensure complication of all certifying agencies like ISO,BAP, ASC etc.
SHE : Ensures implementation of all the laid out safety, health and environment polices of the company and the application stator agencies.
Education Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with Management qualification is desirable.
