Plastic Factory Manager - Production (5-10 yrs)
Job Description :
- Prepare costings and negotiate contracts with existing and new clients, searching and building relationships with potential customers.
- Staff management skills including recruitment, troubleshooting and timetable scheduling.
- Liaising with Government authorities and ensure all statutory requirements are met.
- Knowledge on the maintenance (Inc. spare parts ordering and operation of blow and injection moulding plastic machines with several years experience working in high production environments.
- Conducting research and visits to find opportunities for new and existing plastic products in both existing and new markets, producing market trends and surveys (against competition to management on a regular basis.
