PLC Maintenance Engineer (1-3 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance of PLC-controlled systems and automation equipment.
-Troubleshoot and repair faults in PLC programs (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, etc.).
- MOdify and update PLC programs as needed for efficiency or process changes.
- Work with HMIs, SCADA systems, sensors, and actuators for machine control.
- Collaborate with production and process teams to support process improvement and machine upgrades.
- Maintain technical documentation, schematics, and logs of PLC programming and interventions.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Assist during new machinery installation and commissioning.
- Provide training and support to operators and technicians on automation systems.
- Minimize machine downtime through timely diagnosis and resolution of PLC-related issues.
