Plumbing & Fire Fighting Draughtsman (2-6 yrs)
PHE & FF draughtsman / plumbing and fire fighting draughtsman.
Min 4-5 years- experience in PHE & FF Draughtsman.
Skills - AutoCAD 2004 to 2017
Revit 2018 MEP - Revit experience will be preferred
Education : Min ITI / NCTVT / Piping draughtman course.
Ability to finish work in time.
Knowledge about Plumbing & fire Fighting services as :
CALCULATION FOR THE WATER SUPPLY PIPE SIZE, DRAINAGE PIPE SIZE
- Plumbing layout drainage and water supply
- Fire fighting layout
Internal Toilet Detailed layout with Fittings
EXTERNAL LAYOUT IN CO ORDINATION WITH OTHER SERVIES.
Preparation of schematic drawing.
Resolving Clash in MEP model.
- Pump room layout
- Manhole schedule / Load profiles etc.
- Fire pump room layout & Water treatment plant piping layout
- Hot water treatment plant
- Isometric drawings for Water Supply and drainage
- Section Drawings
Knowledge about materials used in Plumbing & FF
Scheduling for Sanitary Fixtures and CP Fittings.
Quantification of Materials like Pipes, Fittings etc.
Knowledge of Detailing / Typical installation of services
Knowledge about fittings standards / connection details etc.
