Plumbing & Fire Fighting/Fire Detection Engineer - Piping Design (7-15 yrs)
- Design and Planning (Plumbing and fire fighting services complete with all respect).
- Meeting with Architect, Structure, Client, Vendors, Authority person, PMC etc)
- Preparation of tender documents.
- Quality assurance of PHE services.
- Load Calculation.
- Project Report Preparation.
Site Visit
- Well experienced in Plumbing design such as Water Supply, Soil, Waste, Vent & Storm Water disposal systems and Basement Drainage & Pumping. Power of Pumps. Design for sprinklers systems, Hydrant systems (Internal & External). Schedule (Pumps / Filters / Water Heaters / Water Storage Tank).
- Detailed Engineering & working drawing checking like water supply piping layout, (for Toilet, Kitchen, Pantry & Bath Shower etc.), Storm Water drainage system calculation (on the basis collecting area and interpretation with meteorological data) and rain water harvesting design, External Sewerage System and design of Septic tank Design and STP requirement calculation based on domestic sewerage discharge, etc.
- Fire Fighting work design piping layout, Schematic Diagram for sprinkler and Hydrant (Internal & external) System and equipment piping & pump house for different type of projects as per NBC, Indian standard.
- Checking of BIM Module design drawing, AutoCAD drawing, etc.
- Peer Review / Value engineering of plumbing and fire fighting drawings & documents complete in all respect.
