PMO - Order Processing (1-3 yrs)
Opportunity for Instrumentation Engineers at Pune.
An European manufacturing giant is urgently looking for BE/BTrch (Instrumentation) engineers for their Pune (Maharashtra) based manufacturing cum corporate setup for their department: Project Management Office (PMO).
Position : PMO - Order Processing
Experience : 1 year to 3 years
Roles :
- Project order loading in AXAPTA as per final offer, customer PO and approved GAD & QAP.
- Create model code in templates as per final approved order.
- Send template file to subsidiary for loading in system.
Responsibilities :
- Project order creation within 2 working days after manufacturing clearance in given template.
- Quantity wrongly configured items / total quantity: total quantity less than 5000 PPM
- Quantity wrongly supplied items caused by order entry error / total quantity: Less than 500 PPM.
- Maintain weekly timely sheet / Timular tool for hourly logging of total hours spent.
