Pollucare - Manager - Operation & Maintenance (4-10 yrs)
- Managing over all O&M sites
- India, and responsible for operation and maintenance of ETP, STP, WTP, Cooling
- Towers, MEE, Boiler feed water and MEE systems.
- Man power handling and costing for operation, conducting safety related activities like training programs, Mock drill, BBS, TBT, ensure EHS compliance and Chemical Handling etc
- Audit preparation like IMS, EMS and OSHAS, Environmental and Pollution Control measures like Air, Water, Noise
- Weather and Stack monitoring
- Periodic Preventive, Protective and Breakdown maintenance of all equipments like Blower, Pumps,
- Compressors and all rotating equipments, maintain and continuous follow up for statutory complains
- Responsible for Maintain 5S and JH in work place.
