Job Description : Head the powertrain division for one of the strongest business groups in India

Description :

- End to end development Design, Engineering & Validation of powertrain for PureEV (Atleast 2 models, Not PHEV/HEV)

- Integration of the powertrain to the vehicle RFI/RFQ preparation for various ESPs/ Technical Partners

- Suppliers of major powertrain aggregates and their technical & commercial evaluation

- Liaising with various technical partners & suppliers for the smooth, effective & timely execution of project

- Understand top technology trends, and ensure we implement a solid/ competitive product line-up, while keeping total powertrain & electrification cost under control

- Define strategic goals and keep a track of critical milestones

Profile :

- You have over 15 years of experience and have lead end to end power train and electrification for atleast 2 EV models.


- You have a PhD or Masters Degree and extensive experience in building and designing end to end powertrain for EVs.
