Pradhan Mercantile - Junior Merchandiser (3-6 yrs)
Location - Gurgoan
Salary - 3 to 4 years
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Junior Merchandiser to join our dynamic team at our Gurgaon office. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in the garment industry and will be responsible for managing all aspects of the merchandising process from the communication to order execution.
As a Production Merchandizer/Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for :
- Coordinating and communicating with factory partners to ensure orders are executed in accordance with customer requirements.
- Reviewing and approving sample packages submitted by factory partners.
- Collaborating with brand merchants and designers to ensure all orders align with design specifications and customer needs.
- Managing POs, style sheets, specs, BOM, patterns, and other relevant documents for each order.
- Providing daily reports to the reporting manager.
The ideal candidate will have:
a) Educational: B.Tech or Bachelor's degree in Apparel Technology
b) Experience : 3-4 years of experience in the garment industry
c) Other skillset : Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, strong communication skills
