Precision Grinder - Maintenance Services (5-10 yrs)
Job Description :
- Determining grinding speeds, feed rates, holding fixtures, and grinding wheels to be used
- Determining product specifications such as dimensions, tolerances, and number of parts to be ground per blue prints and router instructions
- Applicant must be able to setup and use micrometers, dial bore gages, snap gages, profilometers, sin bars
- Must be willing and able to pass a drug test
- Must bring a consistently positive and - whatever it takes- attitude to work
- Attention to detail and following instructions
- Having an interest and the ability to explore other roles/skill sets within the company such as new grinding/machining equipment
- Having a general understanding of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair and maintenance.
