Qualification : BE Mechanical
No. years of Experience : 3- 4 Years
Must be from HVAC Industry.
Must have worked on ERP software
Salary - 23K to 28K
Ready to work in shift duties
Designation : Junior Engineer - Production
Overall Responsibility : Maintaining proper process flow for production.
Key job role/duties/responsibilities :
1) Preparation of daily production plan.
2) Arranging all the material and manpower Accordingly.
3) Arranging manpower for ongoing shift.
4) Maintaining quality of product along with Quantity.
5) Maintaining daily scrap reports for copper And aluminum.
6) Coordinating with PPC, Sheetmetal and Header department, Qc for continuous Production.
7) Control all the stages of production process On shop floor.
8) Arranging the food for continue shift Manpower also clearing the bills for that.
9) Travelling arrangement for night shift Workers if required.
10) Arranging PRN (purchase requisition note) For consumable items for shop floor.
11) Preparing MIS report
12) Maintaining discipline in coil shop floor.
