Job Description:

Artius Interior is seeking a Senior or Principal Architect with a proven track record of leading and delivering large-scale, high-end residential and commercial projects. This role is ideal for a visionary design leader who can drive complex projects end-to-end, manage teams, and work closely with Ultra HNI clients to bring bold ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, planning, and execution of large-scale architecture and interior projects

- Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, engineers, and internal teams

- Handle project briefing, design presentations, and client approvals

- Ensure design excellence, quality control, and compliance with regulations

- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively

- Supervise a team of junior architects and designers

- Provide strategic inputs to align design goals with business objectives

- Represent the firm in high-profile client meetings and industry events

Desired Candidate Profile:

- B.Arch or M.Arch from a reputed institute

- 10-20 years of relevant experience in architecture and interior design

- Strong leadership, project management, and client communication skills

- Experience working with HNI/UHNI clients and premium projects is essential

- Excellent design sense and proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Suite

- Strong understanding of materials, detailing, construction techniques, and site coordination

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, design-driven environment
