About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional and design-driven Architect to lead residential projects for high-net-worth clients. This role demands a refined professional with deep expertise in bespoke design, premium materials, advanced building services, and flawless execution. The candidate must be equally comfortable working across traditional, heritage-inspired designs and modern, minimal, high-end residences. The position requires a strong balance of aesthetic sensibility, technical mastery, and on-site execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Design Leadership: Lead the design and execution of high-end residences, villas, and bespoke homes; develop concept-to-completion design strategies.

Advanced Technical Integration: Oversee complete integration of electrical systems (lighting, automation), plumbing, HVAC (central air-conditioning), and AV systems.

Premium Material Expertise: Extensive knowledge of imported materials, natural stones (marble, granite), and custom finishes.

Cost Intelligence & Value Engineering: Optimize costs without compromising luxury quality; prepare and validate high-value BOQs.

Innovation & Latest Technologies: Deep knowledge of smart home systems, home automation, IoT, and sustainable solutions.

Acoustic & Spatial Excellence: Expertise in soundproofing, acoustic treatments, and luxury comfort planning.

Site Execution & Quality Control: Lead on-site execution with precision; ensure flawless finishing standards and coordinate with contractors and consultants.

Client Interaction & Presentation: Engage directly with high-profile/HNI clients to translate their vision into world-class design outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture.

Experience: 15+ years in Architecture & Interior Designing with a strong residential portfolio.

Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office & Excel.

Technical Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of detailed design, specifications, and Bill of Quantities (BOQs).

Competencies: High creativity, project management, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Additional Requirements: Only male candidates. Candidate must be a non-smoker and non-alcoholic. Travel is compulsory to any state of India.
