Role: Principal Project Engineer (Expat) - Permanent Role

Pls note : Expat meaning - An expatriate (often shortened to expat) is a person temporarily or permanently residing, as an immigrant, in a country other than that of their citizenship.

Job Location: Noida - The candidate must be an expat and willing to relocate to Noida.

Principal Project Engineer (Manger) - Metro Rail experience is in Revenue operation with CBTC Signalling System.

Mission:

Coordination of all technical activities (including engineering & development activities) during project bidding and/ or execution phase on major complexity Turn Key projects (international, consortium and advanced technological solutions) and delivery of the technical solution on time, on quality and on budget (in compliance with the contract milestones/ clauses) during the project execution phase.

Accountability will include but are not limited to:

- For a major complexity Turn Key project (international, consortium and advanced technological solutions) and during both the bid and project execution phase:

- Ensure the delivery of the overall solution on time on quality and on budget according to the contract (being the only Design Authority on the project)

- Ensure all project technical activities are coordinated, fulfill the technical requirements of the contract, respecting project schedule, budget, quality and defined workload

- Ensure the technical interface toward the Customer;

- Ensure that - during bidding phase, the adopted technical solutions must be standardized as much standard as possible, considering the specific requirements of the project

- Ensure the clear definition and implementation of the project interfaces between the different project technologies

- Ensure the definition and delivery of T&C activities supported by the relevant project WP Leaders

- Ensure that an updated list of project objectives and critical is maintained, discussed and agreed with the Project Manager

- Ensure that project objectives are communicated to the project team and monitors that all technical project activities are aligned with the project schedule

- Ensure that correct Configuration Management (including document management and transmittal process) is always in place.

Performance Criteria:

- On time, on quality and on budget delivery of Contractual Milestones.

- Existence of up to date Project Interface, Configuration and Requirements documentation.

Required Qualification:

Any international degree with basis Electrical/Electronics & Communication.

MBA

PMP Certification
