Pristine Group - Operations Manager (2-10 yrs)
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Work Experience:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in logistics operations, container terminal management, or equivalent roles.
- Experience in Inland Container Depots (ICDs), dry ports, or freight forwarding preferred but not mandatory.
Functional Skills:
- Familiarity with container handling equipment (RTGs, RSTs, forklifts).
- Knowledge of terminal operations, yard and gate management, and customs procedures.
- Ability to monitor KPIs such as dwell time, equipment utilization, and turnaround time.
- Competence in vendor coordination, reporting, and basic cost monitoring.
Behavioral Competencies:
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
- Effective communication skills in English and Hindi (Nepali preferred).

Language Proficiency:
- English - Fluent (written and verbal)
