Position Title: Operations Manager

Department: ICD Operations
Reporting To: Chief Executive Officer
Purpose of the Role:
To manage and streamline ICD operations in Ludhiana, ensuring efficient container movement, team coordination, equipment utilization, and compliance with service and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in any field
- MBA (Operations/Supply Chain) preferred
Experience:
- 5- 7 years in ICD/container terminal/logistics operations
- Exposure to multimodal logistics and customs clearance
Key Skills:
- Terminal equipment operations (RTG, RST, forklifts, reach stackers)
- KPI monitoring and process optimization
- TOS/logistics systems familiarity
- Cost control and budgeting
