Process Analyst - Last Mile (3-6 yrs)
Roles and responsibility :
Analyzing & auditing operations performance metrics
Preparing & publishing summary of critical performance metrics
Maintaining Ops performance reports and data
Analyzing ops complaint reports
Following up with ops team to resolve ops complaints and analyzing responses shared by them
Qualification :
Should have experience of operations
Good knowledge of MS office
Should have very good analytic skills
Effective communication skills
MUST HAVES:
3+ years in Auditing, last-mile operations, customer escalations, performance metrics, reports, MIS & process operations.
Good comm skills
FMCG, retail and e-commerce, logistic domain
Ready for WFO in Pune
