Process Design Engineer - Chemical (2-7 yrs)
Job Description
The main responsibilities are :
- Process design and engineering
- Start-up and troubleshooting
- Proposals (as and when needed)
- Catalyst loading (as and when needed)
Various tasks to be handled by senior process engineer recruited for Chemical Department:
- Preparation/check of process flow diagrams (PFDs)
- Preparation/check of material selection diagrams (MSDs)
- Preparation/check of process and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs)
- Preparation/check of equipment specifications
- Preparation/check of operating manuals
- Preparation/check of control valve and safety valve inputs
- Preparation/check of flare load summary/ catalyst summary/ utility summary etc.
- Catalyst loading (as and when needed)
- Training of plant operators
- Plant start-up/ commissioning
- Plant troubleshooting
- Participation in reviews of all process documents
