Process Design Engineer - Chemical Plant (2-5 yrs)
Accountabilities :
- Preparation of Basic Engineering Package (BEP)
- Detailed Engineering checks
- Plant Erection and commissioning
- Capability development in Process Design
Responsibilities :
- Carrying out design calculations required for Preparation of engineering documents/ drawings.
- Checking the detailed engineering documents against the BEP.
- Carrying out field checks in the plant as per checklist guidelines set in BEP.
- Participate in the commissioning of the plant
- Implement the identified improvement or bottleneck schemes
- Compile information for preparing the As-built drawing
- Assist in the preparation of As-built BEP documents
- Developing and updating Process Design Manuals
- Control Point
- Quality of BEP with minimum rework
- No Deviation in Detailed Engineering Documents from BEP
- Smooth plant startup meeting the design objectives (Plant Capacity, Yield, RM & Utility Norms)
- Commissioning as per target date
- Updated Process Design Manuals
- Domain Training Compliance
