Process Designer - Oil & Gas Industry (10-12 yrs)
Please find the below requirement for the Process Engineer:

Experience: 5+ years
Majorly looking for Oil & Gas industry.
JD:
- PFD DEVELOPMENT
- P&ID DEVELOPMENT
- Data sheets and specifications (equipment and instruments, piping special parts)
- Schedules (equipment list, line list, elec. load list)
- Inter-Discipline Checks IDC (plot plan, equipment layout, piping model / layout, isometrics,
- Data sheets of equipment, packages and instruments)
- Vendor data review for process equipment.
- Utility Flow Diagrams (UFD- s), Process Safety Diagrams, Material Selection Flow Diagrams (MSD- s), Pressure and Temperature Diagrams (PTD- s) & Utility demand calculation.
- Mass balance and Heat Balance for process using hysys
- Checking/preparation of control valves calculation.
- Trip logic diagram/control Philosophy
- Preparation of - CAUSE AND EFFECT DIAGRAM (BS-132/BS-131)- for safe plant shut down.
- Material Request for Process Equipment.
- Heat Exchanger design & Sizing
- Preparing project reports, flow diagrams, layout, equipment specifications etc
- Surge analysis calculation.
- Hydraulic analysis for long distance pipeline
- Critical line sizing hydraulic and sizing validations.
PUMP DESIGN/SIZING/SECLECTION & HYDRAULIC : (CENTRIFUGAL/RECIPROCATING)
- Pumps hydraulic calculations (NPSHA,NPSHR,SHUT OFF, Power requirement)) calculation npsh
- Pumps hydraulic checks.
FLARE SYSTEM DESIGN:
- Complete network design like Basis for design Header network, Relief valve or safety valve sizing, Drum sizing and stack Sizing. (WITH EXAMPLE).
- Flare & PSV load summary
- Blow down & Depressurization calculations using Hysys
- Control philosophy
- ESD philosophy
- Flare load/header size reduction by taking appropriate credits as per API- Recommendations.

4) Pipenet (standard and transient model) Guide to PIPENET
