Roles & Responsibilities:

- Perform Material & Energy balances for Water Electrolysis and Hydrogen processing plants.

- Preparation and review of Engineering documents such as PFD, P&ID, Layouts and 3D models.

- Selection and sizing of process equipment such as pumps, separators, columns, etc.

- Selection of Instruments for the process.

- Sizing of utilities.

- Preparation of datasheets and collaborating with procurement team.

- Collaborate with R&D team to continuously develop the prototypes and technology.

- Design test protocols, testing, collection and analysis of data.

- Performing safety reviews of the system.

- Preparation and improving SOPs.

Must have:

- 3+ years of experience in process plant design.

- Proficiency in Microsoft office.

- Sound knowledge of instruments & automation.

Should have:

- Bachelor- s/master's degree in chemical engineering or similar.

- Hands on experience in running Experiments/ pilot skids.

- Knowledge of relevant codes and standards.

- Sound technical writing abilities.

- Effective communication skills.

- Technical ability to communicate and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.

- Experience in continuous process plant design.

Nice to have:

- Sound knowledge of Electrolyzers or other electrochemical systems such as Chlor-Alkali.

- Experience in high pressure gas processing system design.

- Ability to read and review Layouts, 3D models of plant.

- Design of columns and separators.
