Job Description :
- Position is for Process Engineering Assembly Division
- Productivity Improvements in exiting line
- Improvement for Customer Complaints and DCN/ECN - Poka Yoke
- Customer complaint analysis - Generate reports and Problem Solving
- Interaction with Customer, Engineering, Sales, Production Department
- APQP - Planning
- APQP and PPAP documents as per AITF
- Make Machine Specification RFQ sheets and Arrange Quotations.
Required Experience :
Language : Hindi/ English
Education Background : B. Tech (Mechanical)
Experience: 7- 10 Years
Skills : Design of Jigs, Fixture and SPM
- Auto Cad/ Solid Works
- Dimensioning and GD&T
- SPC, MSA Analysis
- Experience similar Processes - Assy of Electro-mechanical
- Knowledge of Leak Tester, Vibration Welding, Pneumatics & Bowl Feeders
- Communication Abilities
- Analytical and Mathematical Skills.
