Process Engineer - Design & Development (5-15 yrs)
Location : Vadodara, Gujarat, India
Experience : 5-7 years in mining, metals, recycling treatment of non-ferrous metals.
Education : Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical or Metallurgy)
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Development of Design Basis
- Basic Engineering - PFD, P&ID, Mass Balance, Energy Balance, Equipment list, Equipment sizing, Utility flow diagram and list
- Detailed Engineering - Process specifications sheets, Line list, layout review, review of instrument list & instrument specifications in line with Process requirement, Preparation of operation manual and process trouble shooting
- Technical co-ordination with client
- Supervision of installation and commissioning of Plant from process point of view
- Key member role in New development of products
- International codes and standards understanding is added advantage
- Other duties as deemed appropriate
Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical or Metallurgy)
- Experience 5-7 years in mining, metals, recycling treatment of non-ferrous metals.
- Experience in hydrometallurgy operations are added advantage.
- Ability to travel frequently with a full unrestricted passport, Travelling might be more than 40% internationally and domestic at client site.
- Small team management experience
- The ability to engage with and build strong relationships with clients.
- Proven track record in project handling.
- Demonstrable creativity in solving customer problems
