Process Engineer - Gypsum Mfg (2-7 yrs)
Job Description :
We are looking for BE/ B.Tech (Chem / Mech) candidates with having minimum 2 years of experience in Process.
Incumbent will be responsible for:
- Monitor and ensure that Net Saleable Yield targets are achieved.
- Monitor & ensure that Process downtime & Number of process are achieved.
- Ensure that product quality is achieved through in-process monitoring, work in close co-ordination with Production & Quality function.
- Acts as a key member of Focussed Improvement pillar continuous reduction of losses in the area of Yield, minor stops, raw material usages & process consistency.
- New Product Development Support and lead relevant projects, as well as represent the plant in all NPD activities and team meetings.
- Propose Capital projects on process capability & new products, execute the approved project.
- Develop, promote and ensure people involvement to achieve.
Safety Objective TF1 (Lost Time Accident) = TF2 (Non Lost Time Accident) =Zero.
To provide detailed problem analysis for engineering solutions to process problems in conjunction with production and engineering teams.
To participate in the calculation of costs and opportunities of improvement to support plant initiatives of investment.
