Process Engineer :

POSITION SUMMARY :

You will provide engineering service toward the design, improved operation, purchase and installation of manufacturing equipment and processes used in the production of materials and products. Will work cross-functionally with Process, Operations, Maintenance and Safety.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

o Monitor the quality, productivity and equipment reliability on the manufacturing line and lead continuous improvement process.

o Support of new product development.

o Exploration of data for verification of relationships.

o Evaluation of machine capabilities and product characteristics for process/product improvement.

o Preparation of data used in obtaining authorization for capital expenditures and assisting in the specification and installation of process equipment.

o Assist in training production operators.

o Provide technical support for outside requests- including safety and environmental departments, other manufacturing sites, sales, marketing and research and development.

o Performs other assigned duties as required.

Qualification And Experience :

1. BE with Prior engineering work experience of Minimum 2 YEARS in Process Engineering is a Must.

2. Ability to set and achieve high standards for self and others.

3. Effective written and oral communication skills

4. Organizational/Administrative skills.

5. Analytical/Problem-solving skills.

6. Knowledge in the use of computer and software applications relevant to this position.

7. Ability to work productively in cross-functional teams.
