Process Engineering Manager - Galvanizing (10-13 yrs)
Job Description :
Main Purpose
- Should have worked in Galvanizing Plants.
- To be responsible for Industrial Engineering activities in the manufacturing plant, Equipment Planning, Plant machinery Budgeting and Procurement, Establishment of manufacturing equipment. Industrialisation of new product, Preparation of work instruction, PFMEA and control plans
Major responsibilities & duties
Provides Lean Transformation expertise and guidance through the development, documentation, implementation, and validation of Lean applications. To contribute in Green Field Operations.
1.capcity planning and process engineering
2.setup reduction and IE Greenfield projects to reduce optimize man, material and cycle time
3. Exposure to Powder Coating, Galvanizing and laser cutting processes.
4. Exposure to various assembly techniques like bolting, riveting and also spot / CO2 welding.
5. Work on improvement projects to reduce scrap, and improve productivity and OEE
6. Facilitate DFM to reduce machine and manual time
Salary:INR 15,00,000 - 20,00,000 P.A.

Process Knowledge, Technical Knowledge, Team Building, Presentation Skills, Leadership, Motivation, Delegation, Planning and Organizing Skills, Analytical and Communication Skills, Decision Making and Problem Solving, Assertiveness.

- BE in Mechanical Engineering
