Process Manager (PET)
- Responsible for optimizing production processes, ensuring quality, and driving continuous improvement in the manufacturing of PET products. Analysing data, troubleshooting issues, and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities :
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve production processes in areas like polymerization, compounding, and extrusion, aiming for maximum efficiency and quality.
- Leading and motivating a team of process engineers and technicians, ensuring they are aligned with production targets and objectives.
- Ensuring adherence to all safety regulations and standards within the PET production environment.
- Analysing production data to identify trends, optimize processes, and make informed decisions for improvement.
- Identifying and resolving issues related to equipment malfunctions, production bottlenecks, and quality control.
- Monitoring and managing production costs to ensure profitability.
- Establishing and maintaining stringent quality control measures to meet or exceed industry standards for PET products.
- Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing innovative solutions to enhance overall plant performance.
- Developing and maintaining process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), to ensure clear communication and consistency.
- Providing training and support to staff on new processes and best practices.
Qualification And Experience:
1. BE with 5-8 years of Experience and strong understanding of Pet/Resin production processes, including polymerization, compounding, and extrusion.
2. Proven track record of achieving production targets and improving process efficiency.
3. Proven track record in process optimisation and change management.
4. Proficiency in process management tools and software (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
5. Familiarity with process mapping methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, BPMN).
6. Strong analytical skills with experience in process mapping and process redesign.
7. Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and project management skills.
8. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
9. Proficiency in data analysis and performance measurement tools.
10. Experience with change management and driving the adoption of new processes.
11. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
