Process Pro Role - Vehicle Manufacturing (10-18 yrs)
We have an excellent opportunity with one of our Vehicle manufacturing company.
We are looking for only female candidates with hands on experience with SIX SIGMA Black belt (Certification) implementation
Exp: 10+ Yrs.
Work Location: Pune-Sanaswadi
Six Sigma Black Belt certification is mandatory.
Typical Roles and Responsibilities
i) Responsible for driving Lean Six Sigma initiative across multiple teams from various domains
ii) Deliver trainings on topics from Lean Six Sigma and Agile methodologies
iii) Coach and mentor Green Belt projects
iv) Participate in strategic initiatives, execute projects as well as coach other practitioners towards an aligned goal
v) Regularly communicate the progress of the initiative in various forums
vi) Continuously work on enhancing the project execution methodology and tools
vii) Leverage digitalization tools and advanced statistical methods in project execution
Candidate profile :
i) Experience in the deployment of Lean Six Sigma initiative at a large organization
ii) Exposure in other business areas and processes
iii) Overall experience of about 12 Years
iv) Engineering degree from any discipline (must)
v) Higher education in technical or management domain (desired)
vi) Six Sigma Black Belt from a reputed agency (must)
vii) Good knowledge of Minitab (must)
viii) Other digital tools such as Power BI, R and Python (desired)
