Process R&D Professional (15-17 yrs)
- Technology development/Process scale-up & Engineering - Process R&D ( Not looking from API, CRO Sector )
- PHD or MTech Chemical Engineer with 15 years experience .
- Experience in Chemical processes, Process development, Process Scale-up & Engineering, Process commercialization.
- Technology assessment, adoption and deployment of new technologies.
- Team management of Process chemists & Process engineers.
- Exposure in Chlorine, Epoxy Resin, Polymer, Silicone products,reactors, separation systems (distillation, filtration, extractor, absorber, adsorber, etc.
- Process equipment and unit operation performance.
- heat exchangers, control systems.
- Pilot Plant R&D Operation, Technology Transfer, Reaction Engineering. PFD, P&ID.
- Basic and Detailed Engineering.
- Simulation - Aspen / Aspen +
- Must have CFD ( Computational Fluid Dynamic ) simulation knowledge.
