Procurement Administrator (4-10 yrs)

Gradiant India is looking for young, energetic professional for Procurement Admn. who can manage Procurement Administration with expertise in the following :

- Fair knowledge and understanding of project requirements

- Administration of Stock of O&M site supplies and assets

- O&M site budget tracking and control

- Preparation of packing list, dispatch documents for material transport

- Executive and co-ordinate documentation for import / export procedures

- Draft Purchase Order and manage Variation Order (VO)

- Review and validate vendor / supplier invoice

- Raise for approval with PM and with HODs

- Perform GRN and forward to F&A for payment processing with required compliances

- Ensure payment acknowledgement from respective vendor / service providers

- Support F&A for vendor related clarifications, reconciliation, support for audit queries etc.

- Willing to take up addl. responsibility for adhoc requirements that may come up time to time
