Position Summary:
- Must be conversant with procurement planning.
- Good exposure in preparation and review of Letter of awards / purchase orders or sub-contract agreements.
- Capable of reviewing, understanding client contract specifications, terms, protocols on procurement processes and ensuring its compliance.
- Good exposure on commercial aspects involved in procurement activities.
- Experience in Vendor development, evaluation and monitoring.
- Experience in floating and review of RFQs, Compare bids/release of PO.
- Good communication & negotiation skills, follow-up & coordination skills to resolve technical queries or issues with vendors/suppliers/inter dept. functions.
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Should have 1 to 5 years experience in HVAC Projects specifically in purchase or procurement department.
