- The Procurement Executive will be responsible for planning, sourcing, and managing procurement requirements to ensure uninterrupted operations across clinics and centres. This role focuses on demand planning, vendor coordination, cost negotiation, and inventory tracking in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment.

- The position is highly execution-oriented and requires comfort working with manual systems such as Google Sheets and Google Docs, without reliance on ERP platforms. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, cost discipline, and the ability to manage procurement processes end-to-end..

Key Responsibilities :
 
Procurement & Supply Planning :

- Forecast and plan procurement requirements based on clinic and centre-level demand.

- Ensure optimal stock levels to avoid shortages, overstocking, or wastage.

- Track usage and consumption patterns and adjust procurement volumes accordingly.

Vendor Management & Cost Negotiation :

- Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage vendors supplying operational materials, consumables, and services.

- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times, and delivery schedules to ensure cost efficiency and reliability.

- Maintain strong vendor relationships to support scale and continuity of operations.

Inventory & Documentation Management :

- Maintain accurate procurement, inventory, and vendor records using Google Sheets and shared documentation tools.

- Track stock movement, inward supplies, usage, and replenishment cycles.

- Ensure procurement documentation (purchase orders, invoices, vendor details) is complete, organised, and audit-ready.

Coordination & Operational Support :

- Work closely with clinic, centre, and operations teams to understand real-time requirements.

- Support new clinic or centre setups by planning and executing initial procurement needs.

- Proactively identify risks related to supply gaps, vendor delays, or cost escalations and flag them in advance.

Qualifications & Experience

Educational Background

- Bachelor's degree.

Experience

- 2- 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or inventory management.

- Experience working in operations-heavy environments such as clinics, centres, healthcare, retail, or services is preferred.

- Demonstrated experience managing procurement without ERP systems and operating through manual tools.

Skills & Competencies

- Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets and Google Docs for tracking and reporting.

- Effective vendor negotiation and commercial skills.

- High attention to detail and strong process discipline.

- Ability to work independently and take ownership of procurement operations.

- Clear communication skills and comfort coordinating across multiple teams.

- Practical, hands-on mindset with strong follow-through.
