Procurement Executive (3-5 yrs)
Job Description :
Experience in handling Project / Engineering Procurement, IT Procurement, Instrumentation, Services and AMC (warranties and Annual Maintenance Contracts) requirements.
- Manage suppliers to meet objectives related to cost, delivery performance, schedule and quality.
- Develop purchasing or sourcing strategies based on portfolio analyses and supplier preferring study.
- Ensure commercial, legal and contractual compliances in all the procurement transactions.
- Handling Commercial issues related to purchasing, logistics, inspection, warranty etc,
- Interact with Quality, Manufacturing and design for continuous improvement on the supplier parts material quality.
- Seek & Partner with vendors and supplier, and ensure ontime deliveries. Develop lead and forecast upcoming levels of demand.
- Tendering, Negotiation.
