Procurement Manager - Manufacturing/Telecom/Infrastructure/Steel (3-6 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Formulate uniform rate contract with the present vendors for each of the major items
- Review the rate contract on periodic basis
- Review performance of the vendors (in terms of material availability, lead time etc) periodically
- Develop new vendors continuously
- Maintain overall vendor relationship
- Regularly update the procurement team with the latest vendor list and rates
Desired Profile :
- 3-6 years of experience
- Experience in Procurement/ Vendor Management/ Supply Chain Management is must
- Experience in the steel/ manufacturing/ telecom industry
- Proven negotiator
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work calmly in pressure situations
UG: BE/ B. Tech
PG: MBA (desirable, but UG with exceptional credentials will be considered too
