Procurement Manager - Purchase/Vendor Management (7-20 yrs)
Education : BE / B Tech (Mechanical Engineering)
Location : Democratic Republic of Congo, Central AFRICA
Job Profile :
- Handling entire Purchase cycle from Vendor Identification, Negotiation, and Raising PO to Delivery to Material for all PO based items for Capital Items
- Vendor evaluation, selection, introduction and commercial finalization for all New & Existing vendors for various Procurement work related to Capital, IT and Marketing Areas of Spend
- Awareness on methodology of commercial settlements of Capital buying viz Civil, Office Interiors, Industrial sheds, Machineries, AC, Compressor, Fire Fighting System, Electric Panels, Material Moving equipments, IT etc.
- Should have participated in at-least one green field Capital project
- Awareness on General Process of Sourcing from RFQ to Matl Procurement.
- Knowledge of Buying of Admin, Stationery and Marketing/Promotional Purchase will be added advantage.
- Negotiate and finalization of vendors and Rate Contracts for all Bought outs & Consumables.
- Lead and guide the bought out teams for procurement.
- Scanning of market for identifying suppliers meeting QCD
