Procurement Specialist (5-10 yrs)
Job Description :
- Sound knowledge of JD Edward purchasing/Procurement module
- Understand MRP and Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Certifications like CPIM, CPSM or similar ones are highly desirable
- Shall be able to prepare weekly and Monthly reports for management review
- Responsible for accurate reporting of metrics like Cost Savings, DPO, Consignment/ VMI,
Job Description :
- Take initiative on developing processes for effective data analysis and reporting.
- Transform raw data into business insights. Produce understandable and actionable reports
- Process purchase orders and requisitions for products.
- Evaluate suppliers on cost, quality, delivery, and other information to determine the viability of suppliers
- Responsible for Accurate Category Taxonomies
- Responsible for maintaining spend cubes and taxonomy for all SKUs in Assigned
- Shall be able to perform Market Trend and Pricing Analysis
- Ability to develop basic understanding of assigned commodities, including but not limited
- Good knowledge of estimation and Costing
