Product Application Group Manager - Steel Making & Rolling Process (3-8 yrs)
Product Application Group Manager :
Experience : 3-8 Years
Location : Delhi
Must-Have :
- Knowledge of Steel making & Rolling process.
- Knowledge of product application, Process at the customer end & Quality Functions.
- Knowledge of IATF requirements.
Education Qualification : B.Tech / B.E Metallurgy
Job Responsibilities :
Quality Improvement & Technical Support :
- To achieve Lowest PPM by proper communication of customer requirement to plant & Immediate action to resolve the issue of customer.
- Getting customer's new requirement & communicating with plant & checking the capability & making trial plan.
- Conducting trial at customer's end as per agreed feasibility report & Submitting feedback to plant/marketing team about new product trial.
- New/Existing Customer visit as per target plan for overall customer satisfaction.
- Attending complaints within 24 hours.
- Interaction with plant QA/TG team for quick resolution of complaints & Following-up for CAPA/Sample analysis.
- Monthly quality meeting to resolve issues/feedback on previous quality issues & to understand customer's requirement.
