Product Design - Tool & Die (10-17 yrs)
Look for some senior person who are good with below points :
1. Product design knowledge
2. Tool Die making knowledge
3. Autocard knowledege
4. Team leading exp. Overall responsibility for all conversion units development/new business /control /execution / yield.
2) Coordination for NBD activities forzone /scrutinizing / DFM /execution
3) Responsibility for Router Machine production with new developments
4) Re-engineering on existing products(Value addition).
5) Design & development and making drawings for New/existing products.
6) New development for design of dies/value Engineering
7) Monitoring job workers production plan vs actual made on daily basis/ weekly basis for zone.
8) Maintaining MOQ for all JIT customers if any material shortfall, inform to job workers done by fabricator/ communicate the concern marketing /customers
9) Planning for input material for all regular customers and check with all plants & input material feed to job worker on daily basis
10) Pending orders against EDOP/EDOD given to PPC
11) Co-ordination with marketing team forsupplies-new development/ sample submission/ costing
12) Responsible for Monthly stock taking at all conversion units.
13) Responsible for Material reconciliation of job workers/ conversion units
14) Furnish value addition report/ action plan and implementation on low yield products to match the OPM of costing.
15) Coordination for defence development and other business.
16) Standardization of all process and quality standard with appropriate manufacturing practices.
17) Performance assessment through KRA and job profile for the area of responsibilities for your department.
