Product Development Engineer - Automotive (2-5 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and validate new products based on customer and market requirements
- Lead design reviews and manage engineering changes
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for prototyping, testing, and production
- Support product lifecycle management and documentation
- Ensure designs meet performance, safety, and cost targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or equivalent
- Knowledge of product development processes (APQP, DFMEA, DVP&R)
- Proficiency in CAD tools and design documentation
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills
Preferred:
- Experience in automotive components (interior, exterior, powertrain, etc.)
- Familiarity with OEM development cycles
