Product Development Manager - Hair Color Segment - FMCG (5-10 yrs)
Currently handling assignment of Product Development Manager (Hair Color) for one of the leading MNC.
The responsibilities and requirement are as follows :
Responsibilities :
- Championing hair color technology development across global markets- South Asia, EM-SEANS, MENA
- Leading technology innovations in the hair color category across dyes, powder hair color, cream, etc.
- Competition and patent tracking, in order to bring in insights and present a business case for innovations
- Lead NPDs end to end from the idealization to implementation stage. Be the technical project leader in the organization.
- Develop product strategy for design and reapply markets.
- Champion value management initiatives.
- Collaborate and develop projects with other national/international labs: generate program scope and run programs successfully
- Represent RnD in internal and external forums, Publish research articles in scientific journals, generate IPR.
- Formulation of hair color experience is must.
Experience :
- 5 - 8 years of experience in FMCG/Pharma Topical Industry
- Experience required in Formulation development, Clinical, Active discovery & research (Hair Color)
