Product Engineer - Furniture (2-8 yrs)
Position : Product Engineer Junior to Senior - Based on years of experience & Knowledge
Industry : Furniture
Production Planning & Control :
- Determine required materials
- Work with procurement managers to identify the right product required for production at the right price.
- Negotiate contracts with the suppliers along with the procurement managers
Forecast :
- Plan work flow and- Production Schedules
- Oversee Production planning and actual production schedules
- Ensure output is as per design shared by the Design team
- Ensure Timely delivery, Identify delay and address them on time
Optimum utilization of resources :
- Coordinate with various departments - Design team, Purchase team, SCM team, HR, Finance etc.
Requirements : Mechanical Engineer
- Must be good in Solidworks
- Prior experience in Metal or Furniture Industry
